Okay so earlier I just posted White vs Russell, and now I am interested to compare these two players.

On one hand, D’Angelo is almost 10 years younger than Conley, and probably the more skilled and talented player. You could potentially say that his upside is youth, but we have most likely already seen his prime.

On the other hand, Conley is a high IQ very solid point guard, that although he might not be the Grizzlies/Jazz version he once was, but still a great contributor as seen in last years playoffs

Conley. He’s not going to have that odd game where he catches a heater in the 4th and helps win a game they normally wouldn’t…..but the overall consistency on offense and defense adds up to way more wins.

I wasn’t one of the heavy duty DLo haters when he was in MN, but the inconsistency on the defensive end killed me. The majority of if the time he had Wiggins-level awareness and BBIQ while off the ball. Maddening.
