Nah, the resemblance is only superficial, on a static picture. On the Moser the moon "phase" is just a simple round flap that covers image. On the C1 moonphase the moon actually moves across the dial.
And looking more closely at the dial, the Christopher Ward looks 10x better than the Moser, for 1/10th of the price:
