Is there anything I can do to make my shitty bluetooth headphones work a little bit better (alien.top)

I probably have the cheapest headphones you can find, so I don't have any expectations.

My main 2 problems are that at 30% battery I get a quadruple Battery Low alert into an automatic shutdown. There seems to be no way to turn off the LED lights which seems to be quite a big battery drain.

Expectation for anything usefu/helpfull, I understand they're just cheap.
