What am I missing? I see a 3 page pdf describing a possible self-assessment but that's it. The project contains nothing else. Where do you get 90 minutes of hyperfixation from? Or do you just read slowly? :D
I think the 90 minutes is how long OP took to create the project and write up the document.
That would make a lot of sense. I didn't make the connection that this is something they made. I thought this was 90 minutes of hyperfixation "for me"
