I'm getting Tia Trio vibes based on the description and frequency response
I think it looks closer to the U12T than the Trio, has that same signature 3-4kHz dip, less bass than the Trio and nowhere near as wonky in the mids (although the Trio doesn't actually sound as wonky as it can graph, I have it). And U12T is the one he prefers anyway, Precog is Mr U12T.

Looks like U12T bass and mids with Trio-ish treble from that graph.
Looks like a Hexa with a bass shelf, I'm VERY interested!
I had no idea that the Mirai was up on squig.link, as I said, I was just looking at the measurement on the product page hence my use of "vibes" and "ballpark." This in particular stood out from the product page; "The Mirai reduces the presence in the 3-4kHz range while introducing distinct peaks in the treble, especially around 10kHz and 15kHz. These specific frequencies play a pivotal role in enhancing the imaging performance of the IEMs." To paraphrase Precog speaking candidly he describes the Tia Trio's as having excellent imaging specifically because of the 1k recession (not present on the Mirai) and the series of treble peaks.
You are correct though, the FR isn't particularly close. I don't find his owning and praising of the U12t is any more relevant to this product than his selling of the U12t in lieu of the U4s though.
He has said very similar things about the U12T. I just think it's more the U12T, as that's the IEM he has owned himself for years and continually re-bought (I think he did sell it recently), and to me that's the one that it looks closer to.

I have both of them, there are both 64 Audio and there are certainly commonalities. Personally I think I actually prefer the Trio, better bass and personally I don't really love that 3kHz recess, I feel it makes the U12T sound too dark (I am too old and deaf to appreciate the upper treble peaks), and the Trio has what sound like more natural and present upper mids to me. But this is why I think, it's coming more from the U12T than the Trio.
