Meanwhile hurts has 4 career rtp penalties and one of them was just last week where he flopped like Allen does lol. Maybe he’s learning

Lol he didn't flop. He was balanced on one foot from the passing motion and got shoved by a 300 lb mfer. You'd fall too.

Whether it should have been called RTP is another thing though the contact obviously did come late
