I like him at the weight he's at. Less stress so less injuries, more mobile. Dude does not need to become a shaq. His offensive game is already good and it's only going to improve. With his current shot blocking ability and rim denial, that'd be clear all star level.

Gaining weight is just scary and it's not like there is hundreds of studies/examples out there. There are no experts. I'd at least test the waters out at current weight. Gaining 50 pounds in 1 year just sounds like a recipe for disaster. - my gaming chair ass analysis.

There actually are like hundreds of studies that show having a decent amount of muscle is healthier and better for injury protection than being super skinny

He needs to out on weight the same way Giannis and KD have. He doesn't need to be a Shaq but another 20lbs of muscle over the years won't affect his play one bit.
