That looks like it got hit, but those parts do crack in time. Mine are both cracked, but still holding on so well after many years that i haven't even bothered to 3D print new ones.

You can buy slider repair kits for 17€, but if it's only half a year old i would send message to Beyerdynamic and ask if they could send you those for free.
