McDaniels has a 20-33 record as head coach in the NFL and has never held a head coaching position longer than 2 years.

Good fucking riddance. That was the most boring and bland football I've seen in a long time (and I've seen tons of shit Raider teams).

And now we don't have to see his douchy, punchable face everytime Jimmy G air mails a pass in to the fucking benches.

And speaking of Jimmy G, if he can't get anything going by the end of the 1st quarter, he can join McDaniels in fucking off.

I don't have high hopes for AOC, but let's see what the kid can do, with practice reps with the first team
