What are these realtors using to get nice pictures when Ithey are not photographers themselves, and they are not hiring people? (alien.top)

Hey there. Is there an app people use for this? I know all these realtors are not paying for pro photography pictures. (Some are For sure.)

But There must be something they are using ion their phones. Anyone any clue what it is? They don’t know Photoshop— I know that much—but the pictures have clearly been processed in a pleasing way. I assume there must be an almost one click solution for realtors these days.

What is the average realtor using for this process? They must be shooting on the phone and using an app, I just don’t know what they’re using. Any clue?

I have “real gear” in the form of older dslrs and glass, but I’d honestly rather photograph my place with my phone, and I know that’s what a lot of the realtors do as well.

I’ve trialled about 50 of these companies and every single one, bar none, were terrible. As a result I can’t outsource my editing work as I find no one has sufficiently high standards.
