Is a CR-Touch sensor a "consumable"? Creality thinks so. After our CR-10 SE failed, we spent 23 days fighting a warranty claim that should have taken minutes.

The NTC Thermistor apparently becomes really hot, really fast (near its rated limit), which in itself is not a problem, but the surrounding components are not rated for that temperature and can melt.

Is that on all models? I have an A1 Mini

"too long; didn't watch"

Many users have reported issues where some had a burned hole beneath the printer, due to a thermistor that is barely enough to support the charge. They have discussed this with some Bambulab employee (off camera) at some convention where they said to be aware yet bambulab officially do not want to recognize the issue.
