If I couldn't pull out because some little Urkel car did that, I'd be pissed. Pissed enough to call a buddy to help me pick it up and move it onto the sidewalk. ๐
Years ago I dated a woman who owned an Innocenti, an import that made the Mini look like a monster truck. Having that thing moved onto a sidewalk or spun sideways, backwards etc was a regular feature of our weekends.

At least one of those two people either side of the tiny car parked like an asshole, unless they parked in order from front to back.
Without marked spaces it's impossible to say.
Someone can park perfectly in the morning, but then with everyone else moving their cars during the day, it can easily appear as a shit parking later on.
With the hatchback model, you can just lift the front bumper, and roll the car into a vertical position.
Yeah I only accept bad parking jobs from oversized pickups. The hell does it matter what type of vehicle did the pinning? Close is close whether the other car is parallel to the curb or not.
Blame yourself for being to close to the front car then. Or blame that car too. Hurr durr funny small car bad.
