It's almost as if the Zebras just wanna ruin the fun. Imagine if this was the first time a kid was able to see Giannis in person? All that time, money, and effort to see your favorite player just for them to get the boot.

To eject Giannis over that, but a few days ago Draymond Green is allowed to run and yell at refs for 45 seconds and gets no tech for it is just a gross display of abusive power.

You’re not allowed to stare people down/deliberately walk over people. It’s an automatic tech. He already had a tech. Two techs is an ejection. How is this a thing? It’s cool if we all agree to not like the rule, but acting like this was a random ejection/ the refs overstepping is stupid.

Too small gesture not a tech tho?

I've been a bit confused by this subs reaction to this but I guess most didn't even watch the game. Giannis was noticeably upset the whole game and arguing with the refs pretty much at any moment he could. If he had just stepped to the side and did his stare down thing it would have been fine but if you're going to get directly in a guys face they are going to call it every time, especially when you've been getting into it with the refs and players the whole game.

yeah its been annoying to read all of these over the top comments like "fire that ref", "must be gambling conspiracy" etc.

Like the technical foul is deserved. If anything i think the discussion should now be should 2 techs kick you out of the game?

You can escalate penalties for the 3rd + 4th techs (2fts, possession, etc) but allow the stars to stay in the game.

Very strange definition of "staring" - Giannis looks in Stewarts direction with a mean mug for a split second before turning the other direction.
