If you work in the tech industry, you've likely referred candidates for job openings at your company and may have received a bonus or bounty for doing so.

I'm slightly apprehensive about the incentives this would create. I.e. people are incentivised to refer people even when they think they're not very good. Have you thought about this? Curious if you have ideas to keep referrers honest.

Another great question, as it's been on my mind quite a bit! I do anticipate the possibility of unqualified referrals as the platform grows. However, at the moment, we don't feel the need to allocate resources to solve a problem we still don't have.
We've introduced a paid feature for preselection, but currently, it heavily relies on manual work. The expectation is that as the platform grows, we can automate this process.
