Another great question, as it's been on my mind quite a bit! I do anticipate the possibility of unqualified referrals as the platform grows. However, at the moment, we don't feel the need to allocate resources to solve a problem we still don't have.
We've introduced a paid feature for preselection, but currently, it heavily relies on manual work. The expectation is that as the platform grows, we can automate this process.
