A part of the article that I agree with is the fact that his assistants would often see the front facing Bill and not the tiny, moving parts that were also there. This would be one of those parts that seems to be missed. I still think Flores would be a good head coach (I'd keep him in MN forever if I could), especially if he's picked anything up from O'Connell on creating a culture that is collaborative. But a lot of his guys return to him and double down and somehow get 2nd chances.
