People shit on NFL TV announcers, but unless my team is playing, my attention is usually split with something else (ESPECIALLY if I'm watching live, and not delayed from the DVR), and every time I've tried watching the MC, it's been harder to follow what's going on (ie, the TV announcers are at least verbalizing what's going on, so I can look up if it gets exciting).
