I live by:

Will it make it happy? Can i financially justify this? Will i use it often? Does it save me time or make me money?

If two are ok, then it’s fine purchase.

I might buy an expensive tool for the house but if it saves me a days work or more, then sure.

If i use my head phones daily and they make me happy, then the frequency alone is enough to justify it, even if the thing is expensive.

You can do with this what you will
