You do, but sometimes those aren't real. I remember watching some behind the scenes stuff for Spartacus, which has a lot of flacid cocks on screen, and some of the actors wore prosthetic cocks instead of showing their own. I assume that larger men were more likely to show their own, and smaller men were more likely to have a prosthetic (though I have no evidence for this), so it still skews things.
