Burning in my headphones. What would be best, heavy metal, death metal, bass heavy hip hop? References wanted

I gotta make this post long enough so it won't get deleted...

I'm using a smartphone with the headphones connected to the headphone jack. I'd use my portable amp, but it doesn't have an hp jack input and the phone needs to use the USB-C port for charging.

Welp...My Q45 have been enduring the blazing loud sound of Death-adder Metal for over 24 hours. I might just go ahead and subject them to another 24 hours, really work that poor sound quality out of them 😊
