That fourth quarter was pain. I know we are tanking but the last 8 minutes was the Raptors "dogwalking" the Wizards as Drew Gooden so eloquently said.

Missing layups, dumb turnovers, stepping out of bounds, offensive fouls - just dumb shit you don't want to see, even in a tank.
