I know most of the players aren't playing anywhere near their potential with Curry carrying them like his life depended on it. But even if they all did better, is it still a championship team?

Unless everyone and their mother gets injured again like on the last chip they won, no. Absolutely not. That is a mediocre team, no matter how much curry scores on offense.
