I mean, it is a thing that happened, but it isn't real. A doordasher cannot just walk up to and knock on the door at the white house. Trump would not be available to answer the door. It's a staged media stunt.

The woman is clearly dressed up for the occasion, if you look closely electrical tape is holding her T-shirt to keep the from from bunching.
I'm guessing some Republican staffer started talking to their dasher one night, realized they were MAGA and decided to arrange this stunt to distract us from the Epstein files
