It was a publicity stunt to promote his tax policy that lets certain people deduct up to $25k on tips. A random doordash driver would not be allowed access; even given how deeply incompetent everybody is over there, there are still SOME security restrictions in place.
The best part is Trump starts going on about "the trans" and asks her if she thinks men should be allowed to compete against women, and she's like "I don't have an opinion on that. I'm just here for the no tax on tips" and you see what looks to me to be the slightest hint of homicidal rage as he stiffly pats her on the back and sort of chuckles an absolute death rattle of a chuckle in disbelief.
Who even starts a conversation like that?
"Here's your food sir."
"Do you hate trans people?"
