Yeah, we know Bill Parcells said "You are what your record says you are."

But which to teams do you feel are not what their record says they are?

Better than record: Cardinals only because Kyler Murray is back

Worse than record: Steelers whose luck will run out any week now. Right guys? Any week now.

I'll repost a comment I made this week about the Chargers (4-5) losses:

  • 36-34 to Miami. 4 point lead with 2 minutes left.
  • 27-24 to Tenn in OT. 4 point lead with 3 minutes left.
  • 20-17 to Dallas. Tied with 3 minutes left.
  • 31-17 to KC. Was 24-17 most of the 4th.
  • 41-38 to Detroit. Tied with 3 minutes left.

They're in every game right to the end and could easily have 7 or 8 wins right now.

They've probably dug themselves too deep a hole to get out of, but no one should confuse them for an easy W on their schedule.

That many losses in games that close is coaching and culture. If you’re bad in those areas 4-5 seems about right this time of year.

They do this every year. It's their identity and to be expected

In 2019 the Chargers were 5-10 and had a positive point differential entering Week 17

This is their identity

We are 15 points away from being 8-1. It’s sad really.
