With Hetzner's price rises taking effect, I'm moving piefed.social to somewhere else. Most likely it'll be during a quiet time when few people will notice, around 00:00 to 3:00 UTC on Saturday.

EDIT: server migration is complete! Bringing it online in it's new home was a bit rocky so possibly half the posts made while piefed.social was down were lost.

Is there a way to pitch in to help you cover the running costs? I believe in paying for the stuff I use.

EDIT: Of course, there's a prominent Donate button up top that never moves, and I missed it. I wish I didn't have to give a cut to Patreon, Ko-Fi or Liberapay though... I'll check which one has the lowest fees before donating.

Well, something simple turned out to warrant a bit more research than I anticipated:

Patreon requires an account. That can fuck right off.
Liberapay is for recurring support only. I only do one-time payments that I renew myself manually every year: I don't want any recurring payments going on my credit card. Ever.
Ko-Fi takes a 5% cut. Meh...

I guess I'll do Ko-Fi...

On LiberaPay you can just select the payment to not autorenew and it becomes in effect a one time donation.
