Can't create community on my own instance (cake.kobel.fyi)

Hi. I've set up a new single-user instance for myself today and I'm trying to create a local community.

I'm getting this error:

"You are not able to do this action due to being a very new account or because of a low reputation."

Can I somehow get around this limitation?

Lol, glad it's fixed. I think it might be an idea to make the community creation creation delay customisable.
