My list puts him just outside top 10, with an argument at 11th:

It’s hard to say, if he would have kept following the track he was on before the injuries I’d put him around 8/9. Like assuming he retired when he was injured, I would probably put him 5-7. How many times was Tracy mcgradey after his injury?
