The Heat are 8-4, No. 3 in the East, and are also one of three teams in the league without a double-digit victory.

They do have, however, a positive point differential now (+5).

Biggest factor last year on top of bad shooting luck was a gaping hole at the 4 after PJ left. Haywood Highsmith is like a younger PJ and we've been undefeated since he came back from injury. If we have that strong, elite defensive shooting 4 next to Bam then we're a force.
