Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
- Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

You're the one saying that a Civil War won't happen, so you are advocating for not fighting.
I'm saying it is still on the list of options, but there are better options at this stage. I'm ready to go, when the time is right.
I see, you've confused predicting what will happen with saying what should happen. I want Americans to fight back. I'm saying there's no reason to believe it's an inevitability. It should already be happening. The fact that it's not gives me the idea it won't. People keep saying if this next thing happens, it'll lead to civil war and then it happens and there's still no civil war, they just say but if the next thing happens surely that will lead to civil war
And like I've said, it IS happening, we are fighting back, but we aren't choosing violence at this stage, and foreigners don't get it.
There are other ways to fight back in America, and MOST of them are more effective than violence. Winning the Midterm election will have a MUCH larger negative impact on MAGA than unorganized and unmanaged violence. That would just be counterproductive at this stage.
