My company does markets tests but only b2b solutions.

We go out and try to get business, quickly tuning approaches while also building channels, partners entrenchment. We try to gauge what we think of their prospects and of our ability to efficiently put a great team on it.

We do growth projects where we grow revenue incrementally for the partner by anywhere from $2MM - $8MM in 12-18 mths.
