Masks worked. Real masks produced by medical professional organizations. Masks were not moot. Stretchy pantyhose with skulls and American flags worn to own the libs were moot, and worse, made people sick. Real masks conferred some protection to both the wearer and more importantly the masses from people who actively shedding virus, both obviously shedding virus and non obviously in those who were asymptomatic. It’s way more likely you actually did catch it and were asymptomatic rather than never caught it. You’d have to take very specific antibody tests to know for sure you never caught it, and if you hadn’t, there’s a very small and very important study looking for people who have never caught it because they would be a medical anomaly that needs to be studied to potentially save the lives of tens of millions to billions of lives in the future.

N-95 masks block 90%. When two people are both wearing them the odds of contracting the virus are very much lower.

Importantly, it also reduces your viral load, the bigger the dose you get upfront, the more likely you are to get a severe case, as the virus can multiply farther before the body has a chance to mount an immune response.

Ie the chinese doctor that identified covid as a new virus, himself died after receiving massive doses in treating patients, despite being in his 30s and healthy.

Yep. All backed by MASSIVE studies, so it’s not really debatable. I mean you could debate it, but you’d look like a scientifically illiterate moron.

You say that after many of us spent like two years debating that and every other indisputable medical fact that got in the way of our great leader and his brilliant hot takes.

I'm not arguing with them anymore if I can help it. Not worth it, they aren't arguing in good faith, and they are a lost cause. With some stuff though you can't just cede the narrative I figured.

I never felt like I was debating so much as correcting giant argumentative babies throwing fits so that innocent uninformed people reading the threads could at least have a chance at absorbing correct information and not just solely rely on propaganda put forward by the same mental giants that brought us trickle down economics, satanic messages in rock music, and teaching kids shame about everything they do will make them compliant and definitely follow the path the parents want.

Many, if not most, mostly knew they were lying.

It has to be most. Maybe they believed some of it, but for the most part, they were siding with their tribe over their families and the vulnerable on these medical issues at least.

By and large, political lies, I think it's about half that actually believe, but we have no good studies to measure it. We could design some studies to get an idea, asking them won't work though.
