Recently bought ethereum on coinbase and can’t send it because I don’t have a coinbase 1 account. Please tell me which app I can buy .01 ethereum and send it immediately. That’s it. I don’t know why this is so hard. Please help

I recommend the ramp Unlimit. Cheapest option I know for now.
