That sounds delicious
Not to mention, all leftover pizza is good for breakfast but that would be extra good.
What you've done there is just add pineapple to a carbonara. The Italians aren't going to like this.
except on pizza instead of pasta.
I'd say it's closer to a quiche than a carbonara.
