Eth not showing on exchange wallet (alien.top)

I’ve sent Eth from my coin base wallet to my OceanEx wallet by copying and pasting the wallet from within the app. It’s been 4 days and the Eth has still not showed up. I’ve sent it to this wallet in the past and it has showed up pretty fast. For some reason it’s not showing up this time. Have I been hacked or my Eth stolen? It shows on block explorer that it’s there but I’m not seeing it in wallet. Even shows under internal transaction. Please help. Thank you! Wallet- 0x8012ec1e76bc0aaa341b7ab854b9dd75f1705266

Might be congestion did you experience high gas fee when you’re trying to send ?

It was 5 days go lol. Even if it took the bus from California it would be here.
