Someone I work with died just a few weeks ago from one. Working with him all day and nothing was wrong, in the evening he just lost consciousness and they couldnt resuscitate him. He never even smoked and wasn't overweight or anything. Mad how they can happen so fast.

Did they say it was a heart attack? Heart attack and cardiac arrest aren't the same thing.
