In 2018, the Cavs unretired Larry Nance Sr's number to allow his son to wear it - Are there any other examples of this? (alien.top)

I remember this happening at the time and it came up at a bar trivia night recently and got curious. For context Nance Sr wore number 22 for the Cavs and got it retired - When Nance Jr got traded to the cavs, the NBA gave an exemption and allowed Nance Jr to wear his dad's number.

And before somebody says "Bronny and Lebron", two players can't wear the same number so that'll probably be the only time ever somebody doesn't get this because their dad is still playing

Magic was okay with letting Malone take number 32 but Malone decided not and used 11. You can still find a pic from the press con with Malone holding up a 32 jersey.
