America are the bad guys in the Alamo story.
The Alamo is worth being forgot about. It's always told as a feel good story but it's actually just kinda fucked up. Pretty on par for American history
Remember that's the first time Texas fought for slavery.
I didn't so much forget it as I did assume Texans were just playing the martyr for getting their collective asses kicked in. Again.
You know... Like Dallas Cowboys fans?
