It's how the Indian counting system works iirc. 1,00,000 is 100,000, and 1,00,00,000 is 10,000,000.

Was pretty affordable for us. Not going to the Qatar WC will be a decision I regret on my deathbed. The only affordable WC for us Indians. Maybe I'll be alive and sane by Saudi 34 which could be cheaper still.
