The first quintuple double
NBA - Main
Game analysis, highlights and everything else that is happening in the NBA.
Might just depend on teammates making shots
He can do it without assists.
maybe, definitely the gonna have a 5x5 though.
5x10
I could see him one day averaging this for a playoff series
If there’s any player to do it it’s gotta be him
Watching this kid play is just unbelievable. I start cackling with laughter watching him do things I’ve never seen before. And he hasn’t even made his official debut yet!!!
Please stay healthy Wemby !!
Has bro ever been injured? Everyone saying please stay healthy gonna jinx the kid.
That’d be nice. I love Wemby lol
Fuck it, get a Quint.
His problem could legitimately be people learning to not shoot in his general vicinity. So might not happen for that reason too lol
Not really. We will see less blocks because opposing players will start the behind the head high arc satellite shot or fade/runaway! shot... Or Ben Simons layup..hmmm..better pass
Not that this means anything, but when I play as the Spurs in 2k24, Wemby gets a quadruple double prett6 often and I'm never even trying to make it happen lol
It's already in the script. ET knows.
Remember all the idiots saying bust lmao
Who’s gonna attempt to body him? Will Zion attempt a poster resulting an end to the season
That's a really good question. If a dominant post player like Vuce or Jokic post up Wemby, how would that go?
The fun thing is that Wemby completely obliterated Wiggins in so many possessions, and it is not like Wiggo isn't lengthy and athletic by himself too. And i think he is also on the upper hand of the league skill wse.
So don't know what Wemby will do to mid level players, or player with less athleticism or leght than Wiggo. And in actual league games too!
Knees. His limiting factor will be his knees.
Have you seen his flexibility issue? His knees are gonna be fine. With his level he probably does turn-out drills for his knees too.
Wemby really took the game to another level. He is a different generation with a new amount of concern for health. and we all know that tall guys get injured easily. He is aware of that, hence the flexibility.
And remember he has already been playing professionally at a high level.
On the endurance front, I wonder if they give him the Giannis treatment.
Giannis played 24.6 MPG his first season (where he wasn't starting full time) and only 31.4 MPG his second (as a near full-time starter), and is now a 32-33 minute player.
The Spurs tend to be very smart with player management, I assume they have a plan for his minutes.
I believe it, this dude is a block monster
Right!? Bro blocked 2 threes in the first quarter last night lol
Not sure if you're a spurs fan but 2/4 QD in NBA history have been by players on the Spurs. https://www.sportingnews.com/ca/nba/news/quadruple-double-list-of-nba-players-to-achieve-the-rare-feat/1wwsysm7lx7cb1g092ndq2883x
Grew up loving the spurs. I’ve got family in San Antonio and we were always huge Ginobili fans. Timmy, TP, Robinson, and pop too of course
Shoutout to when Draymond Green missed out on a 5x5 triple double because of points
It's certainly between him and Chet.
