Ngl, it does slightly piss me off seeing him randomly decide to stop being stupid as shit on the court the second he left us. If he played like this while he was here things wouldn’t have gone nearly as bad. Don’t get me wrong, we still wouldn’t be that good, but it wouldn’t have been the utter disaster that it was.

Look at those buckets/passes and how and where he is being utilized. He's playing to his strengths and he is thriving and he is playing under control. It is so awesome to see and he makes the Clippers a much better team in this form and a real threat.

If only we had the 8 million do whatever the team needs version of Brodie vs the 50 million im still a superstar that demands to be catered to would’ve been great. Happy that a team got this version nonetheless. Brodie = entertainment

it was always about the fit, which makes the trade puzzling since it was Bron who pushed for it in the first place.

Problem is the Lakers getting Russ was that nobody could fucking shoot on that team (LeBron included) and Bron essentially said "fuck it, I'll do it myself" by like the 3rd or 4th week of the season and took over playmaking duties (to be fair he was still the best playmaker, but wasn't his reason for getting Russ was to delegate that part?)

He looked great, but to be fair, Im pretty sure I could have dunked on that defense a couple times last night and I'm 5'7 with like a 2" vertical.

It wasn't allegations. It's not like he was playing well and we just pretended he wasn't. He was legit ass on the Lakers

Laker fans said he was washed, useless, and a detriment to whatever team he goes to because his lack of shooting was too difficult to overcome. When the Clippers signed him, fans in general were saying "PG's friendship with Russ is the end of the Clippers! They took themselves out of contention! etc."

People clearly believed he was going to be a disaster and fuck up for them.

This entire sub doing a victory lap after 1 win against the Blazers is insane lol

Like I hate the Lakers but they literally played the best team in the NBA on the road while the Clippers played the WORST team in the NBA at home

With or without Russ I've seen this Clipper hype every season dating back to the CP3/Blake days and it never ends well

If he keeps the turnovers down they’ll be solid enough to make the playoffs even without Kawaii
