This is a photography subreddit—not a lazy AI subreddit
Photography
A place to politely discuss the tools, technique and culture of photography.
This is not a good place to simply share cool photos/videos or promote your own work and projects, but rather a place to discuss photography as an art and post things that would be of interest to other photographers.
Just edit. Your style will develop without you realizeling it. I guess for the longest time before I got hang of it.

Use your phone or camera to take raw-format images. If you don’t have this ability, then that is okay because you can still learn a lot with a high quality JPEG or TIF file.
-
Go on YouTube and search “how to edit ___ images” and “how to edit images on Lightroom (or Photoshop).” If you take landscape, people, etc., doesn’t matter. This will give you an idea of the style and thought process that experienced photographers and editors use and how to use that program and the tools available to you.
-
Use either Lightroom or Photoshop to practice. Be aware of beginner mistakes and “overcooking” your images. When it comes down to it, you just have to learn and practice.
Have fun
Tools are just a way to get to the end point, it's you that matters the most.
Both PS or AI are just tools, you need the skill to use them.
Just mess around in Lightroom
This sub is one giant echo. Any decent photography subs left?
You don't seem to know what you are doing at all... You are mixing things up. Photo editing has nothing to do with MidJourney... What are you even trying to achieve? Why do you want to get 'into photo editing' at all?
