Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Imagine the one guy who can be credited the most (aside from Trump/Musk) with us being where we are, complaining that we're here.

I want to punch him till his face is flat....

[–] hausthatforrem@lemm.ee 2 points 6 days ago

And I would like to give him a shave til his face is concave

[–] Lucky_777@lemmy.world 40 points 6 days ago (2 children)

Moscow Mitch trying to confess to get to heaven. I hope this guy ends up like promethous.

[–] barneypiccolo@lemm.ee 32 points 6 days ago (1 children)

He is desperately trying to redeem his legacy for future historians, now that he realizes he is going to be taking the blame in future history books for enabling the MAGA scourge. He has finally figured out that he will be remembered as one of the worst, most destructive, Americans in history. He deserves it.

I hope he believes in God so he can live in terror of the afterlife during whatever life he has left.

[–] dutchcompass@lemm.ee 1 points 5 days ago

I second the Prometheus idea.

[–] eugenevdebs@lemmy.dbzer0.com 18 points 5 days ago (1 children)

You did that, you fucking moron. God damn Mitch is acting like he's just some misunderstood good guy when he's why it happened. Moscow Mitch is a nickname for a reason.

[–] HawlSera@lemm.ee 5 points 5 days ago

This is no longer Mitch McConnell, this is a dying old man thinking of what he's going to say to St. Peter.

[–] aeternum@lemmy.blahaj.zone 39 points 6 days ago

ironic that someone who was instrumental in getting america to where it is today would be saying something like that. EAT SHIT YOU FUCKING CUNT.

[–] Mallspice@lemm.ee 14 points 5 days ago

Future? It’s now and he’s more responsible for it that all but a handful of folks.

[–] BlameTheAntifa@lemmy.world 34 points 6 days ago

This guy bred the face-eating leopards for decades.

[–] myrrh@ttrpg.network 36 points 6 days ago

...then f*cking impeach, you whiny little bitch...

[–] dick_fineman@discuss.online 13 points 5 days ago

A headline I look forward to: "Mitch McConnell dies; no one mourns"

[–] bizzle@lemmy.world 25 points 6 days ago (1 children)

This is fucking Bitch McConnell's fault almost entirely

[–] barneypiccolo@lemm.ee 19 points 6 days ago

He was the 21st century problem, but he can share blame with Rush Limbaugh and Newt Gingrich, who built the foundation that McConnell stood on.

[–] Rakonat@lemmy.world 32 points 6 days ago

Entirely a product of his design, Russia would not be anywhere near as influencing today if not for his regressive agenda and undermining US democracy.

Without Moscow Mitch, Putin would still be at the Ukraine border throwing tantrum as more sanctions are thrown in his regime.

[–] Montreal_Metro@lemmy.ca 13 points 6 days ago

All thanks to him.

[–] Grizzlyboy@lemm.ee 22 points 6 days ago (1 children)

Why would he warn about something he himself arranged? Is he warning the american people who are dumb enough to vote for him and his russian partners?

[–] mintiefresh@lemmy.ca 4 points 6 days ago

Just announcing the success of his life's work lol.

[–] CosmicJoker@lemm.ee 9 points 5 days ago

Like if he's not at fault.

Fuck off shit head.

[–] _lilith@lemmy.world 22 points 6 days ago (1 children)

and who's fault is that mitch? you dumb bitch. I hope this fuck lives long enough to suffer for all the damage he has done

[–] aeternum@lemmy.blahaj.zone 4 points 6 days ago (4 children)

slight nitpick, it's "whose", not "who's". "Who's" is who is.

[–] _lilith@lemmy.world 2 points 5 days ago

FUCK. yep you got me.

I still fucking hate mitch tho

[–] Tillman@lemmy.world 4 points 5 days ago

Wasn’t his nickname Moscow Mitch?

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 9 points 6 days ago

Trying to imagine a world where Mcturtle would have whipped the vote to indict that piece of shit donvict and throw him in prison where he fucking belongs.

Justice would have been done. Would that have torched Mcturtle's career and possibly put him in the line of fire for all the murderous magabrained dumbasses out there wanting to get revenge for their god-emperor being dealt with properly?

Yes. But still. He should have done everything possible to get donvict behind bars.

Mitch if you got cooked into Turtle soup that would be the only good that has ever come of you

KINDLY SHOVE A CACTUS UP YOUR ASS

More likely: Russia loses, America loses, everyone loses

Except Canada. I'm betting they come out ahead cause they've been nice to everyone.

That is already a headline describing reality right now. Putin has won more than he ever would have expected.

Also fuck that ghoul, who more than anyone else (except perhaps Putin himself) was the person responsible for this situation. Hope your death will be long and painful.

[–] HawlSera@lemm.ee 3 points 5 days ago

I'd welcome him to the right side of history since he now understands the situation, but he has realized too late that this was all his fault. Less whining, more taking responsibility for this.

[–] Melatonin@lemmy.dbzer0.com 3 points 6 days ago

Russian's economy is in the dumpster, yeah? Like, they're a few years ahead of us on the falling-apart scale?

Have we seen big, shitty countries before? Russia and the US being shitty, non-globally competitive countries means neither one is likely to be a winner.

[–] barneypiccolo@lemm.ee 1 points 5 days ago

Yeah, thanks, Mitch, we know. Shut the fuck up, you've done enough. /S

So says the key ingredient to this shit sandwich served up to the American people.

[–] Sam_Bass@lemmy.world 1 points 5 days ago

If for no other reason than to make the turtle a liar, we have got to take our government back from the criminals that stole it
