If it's a hobby then just keep it as a hobby. If you can make a living out of it then you're lucky. I know too many people trying to justify their gear purchases by claiming they'll make money out of it in the future

Looking at your IG does not give me a clear idea of what kind of photography I can get you to shoot for. Because in general, you have good shots, but you also post not so good shots. Such as the set with the leaves in golden hour. The last few shots don't conform to the theme.

However, I like your set with the steam because all shots look stable. The Koyambedu market set is good, it has a potential to be used as a story or a feature.

For now, you can reach out to friends, businesses, or local papers to do feature stories. You can also present ideas and see if they are up for it.

your photography have to serve a purpose, who are you targeting ? what benefit would someone have to hire you or buy your picture ? ... there is a lot of marketing involved and an instagram wont be enough a proper website and also all the booking form or contract needed to make the client feel safe ... it is basically running a full business ....there will be a lot of front investment and maybe very little or even no return in the first years the market is overcrowded everywhere .... it is also better to be extremely consistent with your portfolio ... i love doing landscape photography but i make zero money from it so you wont see any of it on my website
