I don't have the spare processing to do it in real time, luckily instead my brain saves every awkward conversation so later I can analyze it in detail, over and over

The size of the circles is totally unrelated to accuracy. That just represents the amount of processing power your brain is using.
I think the implication is that an anxious person would be so worried about the other person's model of them that it takes up all of the space in their brain.
