The NFL is currently on pace to break the record for most starting QBs in a non-strike season. 66 is the record set last year, we already have 42 through week 8. (alien.top)

Heading into week 9, there’s a chance that going into week 10, that number could be around 47 or 48. The Giants, Steelers, Vikings, Cardinals, Falcons could all potentially start a different QB this week.

I think this could be a big contributing factor to offense dropping around the league. A lot of injuries at QB across the league has led to the likes of PJ Walker, Bagent, Trubisky, and others to play due to starting QB injuries.

The most in a single season was 87 during the strike year of 1987. I don’t think we will hit that mark, but this is still pretty impressive.
