The mid season MVP in my mind is Aj Brown. Tyreek is tied in 2nd to CMC. Cmc with his crazy scoring streak and Tyreek with his receiving yards are debatable. But the catches that MF to keep the eagles winning are unreal. He is the reason they have the best record in the league.
How can you have the Niners at 7 after losing 3 straight? Seahawks at 11 doesn't seem fair either. But the niners at 7 is criminal.
Yes I’m a Tyreek hater and only because he plays in real games like I played in madden when I was a kid… draft or sign any receiver with a 99 speed and just throw them bombs all game. lol.
kupp ended with 145 for 1947 and 16tds and got… 1 MVP vote. for Reek to win it you’re looking at 2500 yards, 20 tds and 200 receptions or something dumb asf like that
even if that were to happen you’d make the argument that Tua deserves it over him cuz he’s the qb. unless he had like 1500 YAC out of 2500 total.
it’s never going to be a wr
I don't really agree with the counter-argument here about Tua without Hill succeeding more than Hill without Tua.
If Tua loses Hill, he still has 90% of his other starters on the field, replacing 10% with a backup. If Hill loses Tua, he's replacing 100% of the guy who needs to get him the ball with a backup.
If Tua wins MVP, it’s time to rename the award. He’s not the most valuable player on his own team, let alone in the league.
Do all these “midseason” things know that there are 18 weeks now?
Myles Garrett
completely agree. he is by far the most important pickup we've had since ricky williams.
it's not just that he's so good, it's that what he does has such an impact on defensive coverages that it makes it easier for waddle (who is already awesome on his own) to get open. (never mind guys further down the progression like cracraft when healthy)
oh, and he's willing to take it out of the backfield from time to time too.
It’s Tyreek for me. As an Eagles fan, I was scared to death anytime Tua looked his way when we played them. The way Tua can just float the ball down the field knowing Hill will run under it no matter what is unreal.
