For anyone asking "how did he fall to #57?!"... he could have gone much earlier in the 2nd but told teams not to draft him. He wanted to go to the Warriors because they had a role for him. Agents have a lot of sway on where 2nd rounders end up going now.

Any team with a pick ahead of #57 could have drafted him. Doesn't mean he would have signed, or his agent would have been happy, but they would have gotten rights to sign him for a year. And they chose not to.

Only cheaper. They paid $3.5M tp acquire Bell's draft rights while they only paid the Wizards $2M for TJD.

Meanwhile the Wizards have a severe lack of centers on their roster, played no real centers in their loss to Boston a couple nights ago, and the center they drafted in the second round is staying in Europe this year.
