Hi there. I've upgraded our work phones recently to a new VOIP system and we use the Algo 8028 doorphone system with our Yealink SIP T43u phones through Vonage. My only question is, is there a way to program the phones to where we can open the door strike we hooked up to the Algo without someone pressing the button outside? We basically plugged-and-played with the existing door strike, and it works great, but we used to could just press a button on our PBX system and it would open. Is there a way to do the same thing here? TIA

Have you tried reaching out to Vonage to see what they say? I don't know much about the Vonage system and how you program things in there.
