Have you tried reaching out to Vonage to see what they say? I don't know much about the Vonage system and how you program things in there.

Have you tried reaching out to Vonage to see what they say? I don't know much about the Vonage system and how you program things in there.
You won't be able to send SMS without registering your traffic with the TCR, so good luck with that.
